1. Application Background
The wooden board loading manipulator is designed to simultaneously grasp multiple thick wooden boards and place them onto a conveyor line or saw machine, thereby reducing manual labor.
The manipulator’s vertical movement is designated as the Z-axis, with the software system configured to move 0.01 mm per pulse. Consequently, the servo drive’s electronic gear ratio needs to be calculated and set accordingly.
